Weather on the Plateau

The unique weather on the Plateau greatly influences gardening practices. With its cooler temperatures and higher rainfall, the region provides a distinct growing environment. Gardeners can expect a shorter growing season compared to lower elevations, with frost potentially extending into late spring and early fall. Summer brings warm days and frequent rain, ideal for certain crops and flowers. However, gardeners must also be prepared for quick weather changes. Knowing the local climate is essential for selecting the right plants and ensuring garden success year-round.
