About Us
The Cumberland County Master Gardeners are a group of dedicated volunteers passionate about horticulture, education, and community service. As part of the Tennessee Master Gardener Program, we work under the guidance of the University of Tennessee and Tennessee State University to share research-based gardening knowledge and sustainable practices with our local community. Our mission is to foster a love for gardening, enhance local landscapes, and support environmental stewardship.
Whether you're an experienced gardener or just starting, we offer a range of educational programs, workshops, and hands-on opportunities designed to cultivate your skills. From public outreach events to beautification projects, our efforts aim to enrich the lives of Cumberland County residents through gardening. We are committed to helping you grow, one plant at a time.

Mission
In cooperation with The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture's UT Extensin service, our mission is to promote residential landscaping and gardening through education, assistance, and community service projects in our Cumberland County community.
