No
purchase is necessary to enter or win. You do not need to be present to win.
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries, and therefore the
odds of winning cannot be determined in advance of the drawing because the total
number of entries will not be known until the time of the drawing(s). Void where
prohibited by law.
CUMBERLAND
COUNTY MASTER GARDENERS 2010 SPRING FLOWER AND GARDEN SHOW Give
Away (the "Contest") is sponsored by LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS COMPANY, LLC
(the "Contest Sponsor") and will take place on each of the following
show dates April 23, 24, 25th. One winner will be announced.
“$5,000.00 Landscape Installation Give Away” has no cash value. Winner will
receive an onsite consultation to determine needs of the site. Also, a CAD
Design and an itemized materials & labor evaluation of the winner’s
project to be installed. Once design is agreed upon with client, installation
will occur determined by schedule ( within 6 month time frame ) of Landscape
Solutions Company, LLC.
Winner
will be determined through a random drawing from all entries submitted (prior to
3 p.m., CST April 25th ). The drawing to determine winner shall be
held between the hours of 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. the following Thursday after
contest week, CST, at Landscape Solutions Company, LLC at 3321 Peavine Rd,
Crossville TN 38571. Winner shall be announced in the following April 27,
Tuesday's edition of the Crossville Chronicle.
Eligible
participants may enter by completing the official entry form that will be
distributed during the CUMBERLAND COUNTY MASTER GARDENERS 2010 SPRING
FLOWER AND GARDEN SHOW
(photocopied or reproduced entry forms may not be used) on each day of the
show’s open hours during April 23, 24, 25. Entry forms will need to be
completed and self delivered to Landscape Solutions Company, LLC at 3321 Peavine
Rd, Crossville TN 38571, during the dates and hours of April 23, 4:00pm to
7:00pm, April 24, 8:00am to 7:00pm, and April 25, 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The random
method of drawing the winner shall be at the sole discretion of the Contest
Sponsor, Landscape Solutions Company, LLC.
Participants
must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Contest Sponsor or Landscape
Solutions Company, LLC and their immediate families and members of their
households, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Entries are limited
to one per participant. Participant must be a resident of Cumberland County.
Participant must own the property for the prize to be awarded.
Winners
will be notified by telephone, or by other communication method provided by
winner at the time of entry. If any winner cannot be reached within 7 days of
the date of the drawing, an alternate winner will be selected. Each winner will
be required to provide identification; an e-mail address, and shall sign a
receipt of prize. The Contest Sponsors shall have the right and power to
determine eligibility; to determine and declare the winner of drawing; to decide
the random method of determining the winner; and to decide any matters in
dispute. All decisions of the Contest Sponsors shall be final.
Winners
and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Landscape
Solutions Company, LLC and respective owners, employees, representatives and
agents from and against any claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or
part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any
prize or participation in the Contest.
Each
winner will be responsible for reporting and paying any income taxes associated
with the grand prize.
